The flexible vibration platform is modular in structure, thus is easy to be assembled and installed, and is beautiful after installation; it can turn over the materials with a weight less than 80g, and thus fully meets the fine and tiny characteristics of fine parts; the disk surface is made of rigid material steel POM, which is of good wear resistance, thus does not damage fine and tiny parts and can improve the yield; the vibration response time is as short as 100-300 ms to complete the vibration dispersion, the tray (holes, slots, teeth and wire drawing) customized based on the shape of parts can facilitate automatic positioning and arrangement of disordered parts.

2. Product standardization: the whole series areof standard TOMITION voice coil motor with a service life of more than 5 years, and vibration parameters of the same vibration disk model are completely the same;

3.Simple application: vibration debugging and parameter setting can be completed within 5 minutes, and network port communication and passive IO control are supported;

4. High stability and safety: DC24V system, electrical isolation, EMC, multi-waveform combination control, no-load noise less than or equal to 65 dB;
